Getting there.

Been working on my speed. For the record... When you are a slow runner... Anything is fast. So no judging the average pace. I am getting there.
My goal is to one day run a PR (which is somewhere in the 27s for 5k) and to lose so lbs.
Both are hard for me. And I am getting closer on both.

Oh and I climbed 105 steep steps to get out of a cavern my class went on a field trip to today. That counts for something. Plus I am sure my
heart rate did some exercises as we walked right beside bat after bat... The ones with furry faces that fly.

  1. I always say, you have to run faster to run faster! Incorporate speed work into your training and you'll get that PR! Good luck !!!
