flat

I just felt flat on my run yesterday.  It was suppose to be 3 easy miles.  EASY is not the word.  How about flat?  Had to walk half of it.  Legs were no-go.  Oh well.  Hasn't happened in a while so it was time.
Hope today is better.  It is Day 1 of Week 4...couch to 5K...speed edition.  It is a pretty big jump in time of running pace.  yikes!  pretty nervous but ready to try it at the same time.
Also, time to buckle down on this weight loss.  I really need to start journaling my food again.  I want at least 10 more off before training begins this summer!!!
